The Invite Rewards Program lets you earn rewards for inviting your friends!

Here’s how it works:

  1. Start by connecting your phone number. You can do so during the onboarding process,  from the relevant notification card on the app’s home screen, or from the Rewards screen.

  2. Send a friend an invitation to join Valora. You can invite anyone, but only users who have not previously connected their phone number to a Valora wallet are eligible to generate referral rewards. Invitees must click the link to download and set up Valora, otherwise we will not be able to attribute the referral to you. If you do not see an active campaign promotion inside of the Valora app, this means that there is either no active rewards program or that you are not eligible to participate. 

  3. Rewards are credited to your Valora balance within 3 days once your friend successfully joins and connects their phone number to Valora. If the person you invited doesn’t connect their phone number, you won’t receive your reward

More details:

  • Make sure to connect your phone number to receive your rewards. You can connect your phone number in the Valora app.

  • You do not need to take further action to claim the rewards, as long as the person you invite joins Valora through your referral link and connects their phone number to Valora. Rewards will be automatically generated and sent to your wallet.

  • This program is expected to run until funds run out. Rewards amount and program duration may change. 

  • Rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis (by phone number connection date) up to a total potential limit that varies by campaign.

  • Up to 25 referrals can be rewarded. We hope you’ll continue to invite more people to Valora, but we can only reward up to 25 of your invitations.

Why did my reward not show up?

There are a few possible reasons:

  • You didn’t connect your phone number to your Valora account. There are a couple of ways to do this:

    • Find the notification card at the top of the home screen that offers the option to connect Now.

    • Go to Settings and tap on Connect Phone Number.

  • Your friend needs to join Valora and connect their phone number for you to receive the reward. You can, for instance, let them know by sending them a text message directly from the Valora app.

  • You weren’t eligible to participate in the campaign. Participation eligibility may vary by campaign. If you do not see a campaign advertised in your Valora app, you are not eligible to participate.

  • The rewards pool was exhausted. Rewards are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, with rewards issued for up to 25 referral rewards per inviting wallet. 

Important notices:

The reward rate and terms are subject to change anytime and are void where prohibited. Rewards are not guaranteed, may be discontinued at any time, and will be allocated on a best effort basis. Actual results may vary, based on various factors such as leap years, the timing of transfers, rounding, fund exhaustion, and variation in reward rates.
