Add funds using Simplex

  1. In Valora, go to Menu > Add and Withdraw > Add Funds.

  2. Select “cUSD” and then “Debit card or bank account”. Tap “Next”.

  3. Select Simplex. This step may be skipped if your region only supports Simplex.

  4. Click the green button that says “Click here to continue”. You will be taken to an external webpage to continue the process. 

  5. Fill in the amount (minimum $20 USD) you wish to purchase, and enter your Valora Account Number (also known as your cUSD Address). Simplex enables you to tap to copy your Valora Account Number at the top of the screen. Then tap “Continue”.

  6. Complete the payment form. We recommend using a debit card for higher transaction success and lower fees depending on your bank. Note that your bank may charge an additional fee for credit card transactions. 

  7. Read and accept the Terms and Condition, and when ready,  tap “Pay Now”.

  8. If this is your first time using Simplex, you may be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to confirm your identity. You will be asked to provide personal information and submit a valid form of ID.

  9. If your payment and KYC are approved, you will receive an email confirmation from Simplex. Your funds should appear in Valora within a few hours as a deposit.
